Let's talk numbers.  How much would free college cost vs how much Trump increased military spending?  How many kids could go to college for what Trump wants to spend having the military parade by him?

Funny thing about these arguments is they don't have to be one or the other.   Perhaps free college would be implemented in a couple of ways.  More government support to reduce the cost and government loans that are forgivable after 5 years working in your field.  That way the people that want to major in Greek philosophy or basket weaving 101 better know they will find a job in that field or be ready to pay. 

It makes more sense to spend the money on the health and education of an electorate than it does subsidizing the fossil fuel or arms industries.
