Yes, he did. He scored them on the spot. As people finished and went up, he scored them. Passing was 80. This is for the BOATERS SAFETY CARD, nothing commercial. Are you talking about the BOATERS SAFETY COURSE? This is a couse I studied on-line, then took a mock test online, then took the test with the state Marine Patrol. Years ago I could have simply taken it online and got the card, but then they changed it so you HAD TO TAKE THE PROCTORED TEST IN PERSON. This card is only so you can drive boats bigger than 25 HP, this is no Coast Guard or any commercial test.
