That doesn’t solve the greater problem at hand of the shortage. Don’t get me wrong, we poach and steal and offer an industry leading compensation package, but the day to day need for unskilled labor is a struggle at our similar expansion rate. Getting them in the door and staying here is rough. We will need 15-20 temps a day. We are lucky if temp agencies can cover half that.
