Then the youth perform this type of response and as this pattern is repeated time and again, the officer is conditioned to become more stern and aggressive in the interaction so as to not have the suspect flee. Yeah the kids fast and can jump and flip and certainly more athletic than those boys in blue. But everyone here will cry the next video when the initial course of action by the cops is to slam the suspect to the ground and initiate control from the get go. Sometimes you get what you ask for.
