Most teachers unions will say over 20 per class and the product cannot be delivered. Yet there are very successful districts that carry 30 + per class. In some districts the support staff runs a 1:1 ratio. Again many districts do it with a support staff of 1/2 those numbers. What they want and what they need are 2 different things.
