He had some for both sides but damn the special counsel took a beating. Very interesting towards the end the discussion about Rosensteins testimony and the defense request to see internal DOJ regulations on initiating a SC to begin with. Smart on the defense side as the SC attorney's had argued on a number of occasions earlier in the hearing about internal DOJ regulations not written by congress. Hmmmm...... Add to it the fact that the defense attorney worked in the DOJ for 15 years 5 of which were under Rosenstein and said he did a memo for everything. Hmmmmm.....
