The Golf handicap system records the 20 most recent scores, which anyone can view at anytime. Trump's list of 20 most recent scores goes all the way back to 2009. Since 2015, he has only posted three scores.

Anyone who plays as much golf as Trump does and records that few scores can't claim a legitimate handicap. The USGA's own rules would say he's a cheater.

I stopped recording my scores too.  So what?  If you aren’t playing in sanctioned tourneys, it doesn’t matter.  And besides, I’ve tees off with many “fivers”......who take a milky on the first tee....and play two hand wedges out of the woods.

Not saying he doesn’t cheat...just saying it’s a game that requires some honesty when he plays with the people he plays with.

That's not how the handicap system works. It's not just for recording tournament scores. In fact, it specifically notes Tournament scores differently than "regular" scores. His index shows a mix of both......but again, he's not recording his scores so it means fuck all. You realize you're actually helping my argument right? Trump is exactly what you talk about there, the guy who takes the mulligan and the foot wedge. Again, people have stated as much.
