Was listening to a radio show yesterday, talking about Millennials and real estate.  They can't afford houses, so are living at home until they're 30+.

I kinda laughed.  I saved and scrimped and fully renovated houses, flipped bikes, etc.  in my spare time just to get into the market.  Not a dime from my parents.  The sense of entitlement today confounds me.  Why can't they just get off their asses like we did?  Houses were expensive then, in relative terms, too.  I was tempted to call in and mention that not everyone should/will own real estate in Toronto.... market forces are just that.  Snowflakes, whiners, millennials..... yikes.

You nailed it, very few hard working individuals anymore, most nowadays have a sense of entitlement, some even believe they are set for life, it is not a Millennial problem, it is a systematic problem....I’m glad I can say after almost 40 years of solid employment I’m still contributing.....plenty of snowflakes for sure....

Even worse than a millennial.... a millennial whose culture says women are inferior and in some cases property.

We had a situation where a change in management meant that one of the male employees now had a female boss. He went nuts insisting that he would not take orders from an inferior person. He had a choice, quit or be terminated with cause.
