The question will be how much Strzok and the judge were involved with the FISA applications. There could be a conflict of interest there. If you have ever served jury duty its one of the first things they ask if you personally know either sides attorney or the judge. One could assume the same could cause legal issues on warrants. If he was taken off the case because of knowing Strzok then there would be questions if he should have been regarding FISA warrants as well.
