They are too focused on size, speed and arm strength. You look at all the best QB's in the modern era and the best ones are the most accurate ones. The Browns were a wreck. They've had like 11 first round picks in the last 6-7 years none of which are still on the active roster. The real genius' pick good players in rounds 3 on but you can't miss on that many first round picks. Look at Kurt Warner's success in football. Nobody wanted him because he came from UNI.
