I was referring to Tory & any other politicians mouthing off. The same has been said after the Sask' AG said they wouldn't appeal the decision of the jury in the Colten Boushie case. 'Just because you don't like the decision you can't appeal a case. There has to be an error on the judge's part.' Cripes anyone w/ any knowledge of the justice system knows this. Robert Fife of the Globe & Mail basically said last night that the PM & Justice Minister should STFU about tweeting about trial outcomes.
