Did Sask. implement a carbon tax. He was against it big time and asked Trudope if he had done an economic impact study to which the pony replied no. He had no idea what it would do to or for the country. Maybe they could make it so insignificant an amount that it still qualified. But then didn't Ontario strike a carbon deal with Quebec and of all places California.
