Very much with the program.... Fail... come back to the home planet. You took one line out of an entire article. Try putting it in the context of the full article that came from the newspaper. You really are dumb as a stump.

Is that now 15 years without a pay raise?

As I read the article the pay scales for a specific job are frozen which simply means that the starting rate and top rate for a certain position are frozen. So the position which had a top rate of $120K won't have that top rate go up to $135K. It will remain at a maximum of $120K

says pending pay adjustments for managers, executives and staff not covered by collective bargaining will be on hold “until th e new government can put in place an expenditure management strategy.”

He's halted stupid things like the employer paying for newspaper subscriptions. You want a newspaper delivered to your office, pay for it yourself.

The documents says merit pay for the current performance cycle will not be affected, however

So they will still get raises based on their prior year job performance (merit)

The newly ousted Liberals had imposed a five-year wage freeze on public sector executives and managers. As it lifted last year, broader public sector agencies were required to post their proposals for new executive compensation packages under a framework that capped salaries at the 50th percentile of “appropriate comparators.”

The Wynnebag Fiberals had a wage freeze that ENDED LAST YEAR. Doug is continuing the freeze until the current government can conduct their review and put their policies in place

last thing our country needs is having party's out of contention - that is a dictatorship if so

15 years in power is actually a great accomplishment for any pARTY - keep hoping for Dictatorship

Dumb as a stump continues eh Fail.... it's called democracy. Wynnebags condescending talking at people rather than with people and telling them to just swallow whatever crap the Fiberals dispense because they know best got to be too much crap for people to swallow. Show me the dictatorship Fail... the NDP have official party status and form the opposition. Where were your cries of dictatorship when the Fiberals didn't grant an exception to official party status for the NDP when they lost it in 2003.

So you support dictatorships just as long as the dictator is a Fiberal.

One can always work the system esp when they are in the middle.  Getting promotions to another grid, only stops when you have nowhere left to go.

Well, it would not look very good on Doug if he gave MPP's raises now would it?

116K for a part time job at best is not too much.  The Premier and the Ministers are the only ones who do any real work.  Horvat isn't worth 180K.

Its hard to say since Harper handed out raises over the same period and this is tied to how MPP's get rasise, would make an MPP wage 127k

Our knowledge is based on Trudeaus one sided press conference.  What did you expect your boy wonder to say?  Of course he said he educated Doug.  And our international obligations have nothing to do with "irregular" border crossers who are already legally in the USA  just more Trudeau bullshit for his ever faithful starstruck followers to say see Justin great.  Kinda like you.

Lets hear Doug's answer.

I bet it will be quite different.

good luck with that, he will be the first Premier to not talk to the media or people (other than at his future Rally's)

Fact is just like the ONEWAYS they babble but have no answers - illegal crossing into Ontario isn't really possible like in other parts of Canada

800 people in Total isn't worth the RALLY of FORD  NATION

Doug has never been in Queens park or had anything to do with being an MPP or MP so just like you and wouldn't really know what is going on .......

Nor did he understand how Cap and Trade works

Nor how a Bill is passed

the FOLKS relief Rally cries isn't going to cut it when you are with the big boys - School has opened
