I've seen some pretty pudgy guys weight a lot less than you think and muscular guys who will break the scales yet not look that heavy. I could see Trump having very little muscle mass. I carried a lot of muscle over from my college and post college playing days and I usually weight more than people would guess. The last time I was 200 lbs my wife thought I was anorexic.
