The FBI does not make those calls, the DOJ makes those calls. The FBI merely INVESTIGATES and submits a report to DOJ. Loretta Lynch will be implicated at some point. Comey will face some investigation. Hillary, may eventually get charged. This was all prediccated on the strong belief that HILLARY WAS A SHOE-IN. THIS IS WHY THE DEMS WANT TO GET TRUMP OUT SO BADLY.
