Likely going to be some killer discounts to move inventory. I wish I hadn't of bought a sled this winter and obviously, had I known the winter would be this bad, I wouldn't have.

I was at the dealer yesterday. They had 1 '24 sled on the floor. The girl at the parts counter said they had taken them all and put them in storage. Showroom was full of SxS's, spyders and seadoo's. I wanted to sit on a 2 stroke cause I was looking to change my seat so they took me to the used section. They must of had 40 used sleds sitting just in the one area I was in. Salesman says "I'll make you a fantastic deal if you take one of these off our hands." He laughed, I laughed. I ended up buying the Trail Narrow seat at 25% off. Clothing right now is 30% off. A lot of the accessories are on sale. They are fucked for next year. A ton of inventory and no way to move it.

Rode Monday and Tuesday afternoon close to home. Some good, some bad. All of it gone now.

My god. Michael Waltrip is still an announcer? How long did we have to wait for Darrel to retire?

Is the Xfinity race running? I have the race on my channel listing but they are showing sports news. Edit. I see now that they have moved it until after the Cup race.

All back together. Didn’t turn out too bad. Colour is good. Couple of scratches. I’ll have to touch up the rivets with some satin black paint. This is the only place where I couldn’t get it to line up 100%. I had bolts holding it in place and I used a drift to pry it over but it just wouldn’t go without egging the holes so I will live with it. The three stainless screws are holding the wiring cover for the smart shocks. I don’t see the point in putting rivets back in when it will need servicing at some point. I need to put the seat back on and give it a wash. Hoping for a test run tomorrow. I put MPS on the spindles while I was doing it.

Race has been cancelled until 4pm tomorrow. Go ride your sleds!

Picked up some smoked pork chops from the mennonite butcher up the road. Corn and baked potato.
