Looking at the long range forecast, it would appear that the spring rains and melt down may start next week? If I was the goof, I would be sending a couple of lads out to crank in a few boards in the chute, unless my ex still lives a little bit down stream?

As soon as you mentioned mechanical gates, I assumed that you are the guy?? Explain why you would want to fill the upper lakes in early February rather than wait for the melt down and rain in late March or early April? Obviously by waiting, you would be easing the water flow downstream, no? Thanks
