  1. Yeah and Obama carried more rural counties than Biden, what's the total population of the counties Biden won now vs the ones Obama won?
  2. I wish he'd come back because it was hilarious watching him fly off the handle at the smallest jab, dude could definitely dish it out but not take it the slightest bit.
  3. I tell you what, I rode about 30 miles on Sunday cutting brush and checking to make sure our bridges were still there after this big rain, no way I'd take my 8fiddy out right now, nothing to this snow and with my tundra or club Skandic you went right down through it. Hope Jackman kept some snow for a base from that Christmas rain or the skis are gonna be chattering like dentures on an ol Northland girl getting plowed in the men's room. Did try to pack a swamp to try to break the shell ice and freeze it down good by myself, dumbest idea I had and nearly got fucked right here, lot more water than it looks like and the PTO ski was absolutely buried on that 850 lbs beast and she wouldn't go backwards right on the edge of the actual frozen part with 6 inches of ice, my back still hurts, that's what I get for getting more aggressive on the return trip...
  4. Do you also want to post a population density/total map by county?
  5. Local diner in town used to have the best breakfast, bacon, 2 eggs, hash browns, and toast for under $5.00. Even in high school I always left the waitress a $10.00 cause I know all the cheap old fucks would leave her less than a dollar on a $5.00 bill... I didn't usually tip for takeout prior to COVID but now I try to leave at least $5.00 no matter what cause I know way less people are eating in and that income stream has dried up for the waitresses still working.
  6. My dad and grandparents always tell me about the horrible decade stretch of snow in the 1980s that actually made my grandparents sell all their sleds except for the two 1960s olympics and these were some of the first people in town to buy them and have had them from 1990 til now. Also most of the snowmobile manufacturers went out by 83 except for the ones we have left today (well cat too for a while). It ebbs and flows and even with global warming itll still snow and we will still snowmobile, just might look different than today. I can't see myself getting out of it for quite some time, grandparents are 76 and they still do 1k miles a year right from their dooryard up north one 50 mile loop at a time.
  7. I've been in turbo Can Ams, I'd rather ride my 98 one lunger Tundra than a SxS let alone my 8fiddy which is night and day the experience. The problem with snowmobiling is you need to be committed to travel when the snow isn't where you're at, unfortunately with the border closed no Quebec for me this year...
  8. Do you guys usually run by GPS out grooming in the big fields and swamps? We have a powerline section and I'm always the first one to groom it because we don't mark it really well and you just kind of have to go off memory. Seems like this guy should of known better since I'm sure he would have been able to tell what had been previously packed
  9. My uncle has one he got on trade for an old rusted out snowmobile trailer. Pretty much only makes an appearance at the vintage snowmobile display at the winter carnival in town, thing is an ill handling pile of fuck.
  10. Yeah I imagine you guys are changing those at 300 to 500 miles on those race sleds, probably less knowing the force exerted from HP like that.
