Sounds like jimbo has a brother....
-
The people are disgusted but i don't think our leaders care. We're just pawns in their bigger picture. The terror attacks, gaza, Ukraine, all are pointless. The Civilized nations should get together and eradicate the terrorists then start doing business instead of fighting. Imagine how we'd all prosper if our governments weren't such cunts to each other.

I agree we have the best intel, too good imo. I just think it's strange we warn our supposed biggest enemy about an attack. I still think all the big players in the world are on 1 side and the average person on the other. Doesn't matter what country you live in, we're just free range humans living in a tax farm.

Report: Joe Biden Is ‘Angry and Anxious’ About Lagging Reelection Campaign
Cat45 replied to Pete's topic in Current Events
It looks like somebody is trying to buy it -

Perfect shocks for jimbo. He can't tell the difference between 1 and 4 anyway
-
They look like a Chinese knock off of a real shock. Anybody seen any details or any reviews of them? Who actually makes them?
-
Yeah Ak440 took the pic

We do get a ton of snow up here normally, not really sure I'm ready for a 165 with avy pack and a shovel though....i hate to give up any trail performance but most of the group i ride with now is more into exploring the backwoods than hauling ass down the trail. Probly need 2 sleds
-
That's exactly where i live, 1000's of miles of logging rds, abd i live 1.5 hrs from the northshore and 1.5 hrs ftom the yoop. It's the perfect ride for me.
-
I've ridden both, assault handled way better than the riot. It did have gripper skis and 8in carbides and the riot was on stockers with 6in. My rr handled better than both but for a crossover the assault was pretty nice. Off trail i was burried everywhere and he'd ride circles around me. Next sled will probably be a catalyst riot with a wide zr front end and custom shocks.
-
It's definitely a good working setup for polaris. I wish cat would do that on the riot. I'd like to get a ride on the 136 xcr, tipped rails and a 2.52 track would be a fun setup
-
There's more too it than just 2 less lugs on the ground. I think the way the track wraps around the rear wheels with the angle in the rear and probably a different angle on the front rails makes it more efficient and faster.
-
I think the tipped rails is where the speed comes from on the polaris. The rail profile is more efficient than the cats. My buddies assault you can push the sled with 1 foot on the bumper and it rolls. My 137 cat wouldn't roll more than a few inches. I had everything aligned/squared up and all bearings in good shape too. The guy on the assault is just gas and ride, no setup at all
-
Old school 121 would be the quickest in that case. Imo 128 is the best trail setup, 144 for a cross over. 137 is a slug, like running a bus down the trail. I hated my 137 rr even after many hrs/ miles of setup.

Roger knows all kinds of cool stuff, I'm betting jimbo runs his mouth more than he listens around him (assuming him knowing roger isn't bullshit like the rest of what he says)
-
That's the most intelligent thing you've ever posted
-
How could it be better? You said nobody could tell the difference
-
The fact you can't tell the difference really shows your true skill and knowledge of sleds and racing. Any chance there's geometry changes and arm length/mounting differences between the 2? You might be able to bullshit your buddies at the bar with your name dropping but you really are in a whole different game than the guys you're talking to here

I set myself up differently than most, i was self employed at 30 as an owner operator. I take july through November off work every year and long weekends through sled season. It's definitely affecting my retirement savings but i enjoyed life while i was young and could do anything i wanted. My plan is to keep at this schedule untill I'm 60 then go haul rv's. Basically get paid to tour around the country untill i die. The only thing that sucks about this is all your friends end up being old because people your age are all slaving away at work while you're out having fun
