There’s an Italian place that used to be in Detroit and now is in Pontiac called Lelli’s that cooks the filets this way. They are incredible. I asked the waiter one time how they make them and he explained this process. Never tried it at home.

The only reason they like Gavin is he’s young and good looking. It’s certainly not his great policies because Cali is a mess, even with their great economy.I guess compared to the other old fucks the dems keep regurgitating he looks like a winner.
