  4. I do the same ingredients minus the beef and will use boneless/skinless chicken breasts. I dip in egg then roll in spiced up breadcrumbs and fry the breasts. I pour sauce in a roasting pan,put a layer of breasts in then repeat till they're all in the pan. I put the lid on and bake a couple hours at 250-275 then serve a breast or two with sauce over linguine or fettuccini pasta

  7. Pride of ownership down there. Lots of beautiful homes and very scenic. We're going to Halifax first then spending about a week about an hour from there ( Hubbards) at a cottage then into the valley and playing it by ear from there.It will be the first time we're not in a rush to get back for work

  10. @ckf we’re having an incredible time. Digby isn’t actually in the bay of Fundy it is the Annapolis basin I believe fed from the bay. Tide went out so we went for a sea shell hunt. The big boat is the ferry that goes across the Bay of Fundy to St. John New Brunswick

  14. Lmao you’re correct George. @ckf it really is. Some of the homes in Lunenburg were built in the late 1800’s and have plaques on the house with the date and who it was built for. And they are immaculate!!

  24. I've got a buddy that basically eats no veggies and has no clue what i put in the sauce. He picks out the mushrooms and sops up the plate with bread.His wife says he was hoping I'd make more lol

  25. Smokin"s sgetti sauce! Mushrooms, 4 med zucchinis, garlic buds,2 yellow peppers,2 orange peppers,2 big sweet onions, can of crushed tomatoes, 2- 1.8 liter jars sgetti sauce( or 4 reg jars),salt,pepper and oregano. I cut up the mushrooms and saute in a bit of olive and veg oil in the stockpot, slice up the garlic buds and toss in the pot. I use a food processor to puree the zucchinis and add to the pot and let it simmer for a few minutes then puree the peppers then puree the onions. I let each item simmer for a few mins each. Then put the can crushed tomatoes in and let simmer and then the sgetti sauce. I'll brown at least 5lbs ground beef and add to the pot and now you've got stick to the pasta sauce and you'll definately wipe the plate off with a piece of crusty bread. Easy to make and really doesnt take long. Enjoy
