Well the season is all wrapped up for me. 11xxmiles this week in 4.5 days riding. 2100 on the season. Pretty sure I'll order a new one as 4200 miles 2 years old with 2 years warranty left is a good time to let it go. (As far as cost per year goes) Sled has been alot more reliable then past 600s. Has had thumb warmer, and 1 snow flap rivet replaced. Put 2100 miles on both belts.

Thanks guys. We are definitely living the dream. I spent half of the last 35 years living away from my family and friends. Its not the easiest thing on relationships. I have a wonderful wife who stuck with me and raised our kids as a part time widow. That job allowed me to save for retirement. Im very blessed for sure. Well, turns out the races are tomorrow. Im getting in some practice laps and should have the sled fairly well dialed in. We are on a new track for this weekend and next, the last two races of the season. Its huge, scarry huge. 600' straights and about 600' around each corner. I cant get up the courage to hold it wot all the way tonthe end of the straight yet. Sleds going about 90mph as we approach turn 1 and 3. I have officially reached the limit of my courage. Hahaha

Did a little over 100 miles today. Most was good. Last 12 miles i ride the zrt and i held that fucker pinned the whole grade. Sweet fuck are triples awesome

I should have mentioned, this is looking thru a GE90 fan case at a GenX engine behind it. A little trivia, the GenX turns opposite direction to the GE90

I have to give Tom a lot of props....he has been doing this vintage racing thing all along and now living life to it's fullest in retirement with his family. The man obviously did it the right way and it enjoying the fruits of his labor....well done!

Things change as you get older, we have about 800' of driveway and we have 7 horses, 10 years ago I couldn't imagine anything better, now the plowing and up keep and all the work involved with the horses, fences, water, hay, feed, and how much harder and longer the days are because of them really has us thinking of changing. When push comes to shove I don't think the wife will give up the horses, I could give up at least 3 funny how things change.

Honestly the ol lady I are thinking of just building a 1200 or 1300 Sq ft 3 bedroom ranch with a walkout basement and radiant heat on a big chunk of land. I grew up in less than a 900 sqft single wide most of my life and she not much better and it'd be way easier to heat and it'd be paid for in half the time.
