  2. This is funny, I would love to see Puzzle and Blackstar have an average Mosport DDT race off.....and for the record, if you feel like barfing after feeling any lateral G force loading from a car ride, you are not fit to drive, especially not at Mosport. The max you will get out of an average Corvette is almost 1.0g......if that gets you Barfy.....you shouldn't be driving......but I would love to see this race. My buddy basically runs Mosport, can we set up a Puzzle Blackstar Average Barf-off next spring?...all FS welcome!

  4. They are still paying for Capt. Home Depot and his idiotic ideas. Two poor winters after him didn't help either. But I find their sled more to my liking than my Doo was, even being a bit less "refined".

  7. Probably my farming bud. Rides in Carharts, a very dusty and dirty Doo modular helmet that sat on top of the shop fridge all year, and very expensive sledding gloves he torn to shreds doing chores in because he was too lazy to get the chore gloves 5 feet away.

  18. I appreciate all of you being mostly civil towards me. I really don't know what I believe. I'm just questioning things that don't add up. This topic isn't for everyone. The usual suspects who I have on ignore have been quite nasty. I'm moving no need to drag this out any longer. I suspect I will be mocked by many but that's no big deal. Life is to short to sweat the small stuff Merry Christmas to everyone I hope 2017 is great for all of you.

  19. Attend a club meeting or volunteer. You can find out whatever you want to know. There is much more than just a bunch of light fluffy snow required to open a trail. In that area there is lots of rock that needs lots of snow to cover up. The early snow we had didn't pack well. A lot of clubs reported it was like pushing through a bowl full of sugar. Then there's all the low lying wet spots / muck that hadn't frozen over and no frost in the ground. All factors. There would be countless complaints and potentially some liability had a club indicated a trail as available then someone got stuck and or hurt in a 150 foot long stretch of muck or trying to cross 3 foot deep water running across a trail. Add to the fact that the people in the clubs are VOLUNTEERS. A majority with jobs and families which all have demands on their time particularly during the Christmas season. This includes club presidents and the executive. Perhaps you would like to volunteer to help the existing volunteers which for many clubs are already overworked. A tip of the helmet and a big thank you to all of the volunteers that create and maintain the trails the vast majority of people take for granted.

  26. If Doo is what works for you, have at er....But do not be blinded or short sighted when it comes to what others have to offer. They ALL have their strengths and weakness', and thankfully we have four of them to pick from (maybe 3.5), that keeps all the others always improving the sport, that we all benefit from (I will save you the trouble & add your rebuttal, "they all are just trying to catch up to Doo")... I have to be honest too in regards to the resale comment, I actually do not put much or any thought into resale when I buy a toy, I buy for the fun factor primarily (i will save you the trouble again and add your rebuttal, "that is because you buy CAT"). Maybe I talk and hear from all the wrong people, or just do not pay attention much, but I think the majority of us, do not buy based on resale. I am starting to think that you really may have been a good contestant for "Ski Doo's" NA top sledder....maybe throw your name into the hat, I am sure Jeff could give you a few pointers that you might be able to improve upon .

  32. I've heard from your women. Everyone knows your a 2 stroke guy but we're talking sleds here. And we are talking 4 stroke, king of the lake, big boy sleds. Do your math again dipshit. A '17 1200 Enduro is $15900. A '17 Crosstek 9000 is $18700. We can say these aren't identical models but close enough. Give or take that's $3000 plus the $1550 means a $4500 premium to run 132 mph on snow. You can't buy a decent turbo kit for the 1200 for less $6500. You'll need to spend better than $10g's to be competitive with the Sidewinder/9000. The Sidewinder/9000 tuned through the selling dealer will still have warranty. No hope for the Doo. All this coming from a guy who owns a Corvette.....lol The cliche vehicle for small penis syndrome.
