Marriage isn't a right!!! Marriage is a religious ceremony, it's a sacrament, not that you know anything about religion. There is no federal law for marriage and im not sure why there are state laws for marriage other then age requirements. There should be no tax benefit or penalty for marriage either. Government is only involved with marriage because there is money in it.
