Couple thoughts on this weekends excursion I really need local help. Hope the weather holds but this is what we are talking about. Hope to leave from Burks falls/Magnetwan. 1 idea is rap tour, i think it will be too thin road riding around the south end. Plan 2 is to Sudbury for night number 1. Need to know where to stay? Night 2 there are 2 options so far, either New Liskeard or Mattawa. Plan would be to ride back to Burks probably on Monday but we have tuesday if the days get too long. Any insight on Trail conditions in the areas or thought. We normally do NL, Cochrane Hearst but i am actually getting a little tired of that trip.
thanks

we are now thinking to possibly drop in North bay as the weather forecast looks less than stellar south (well less than stellar everywhere). I am afraid of the roads that interconnect trails to the south.

You can stay at rocky's for 40 bucks a night, if you like camping you may be ok in there, no running water, just a place to craSH OUT.

My son and I have decided to take a ride to kilarney on saturday

I rode down to Killarney from Long Lake yesterday and trail was ment. Creeks are starting to open along side of trail but all snowbridges were good yesterday. Both Chateau Guay and Moonlight should still be Ok especially if you head out toward the east and 83
The road down from Bancroft to Ramsay will be bare but a few sections you can ride the ditch or go by C through Coniston and Alice Lake
